Manu is a PhD student co-supervised with Laurence Hunt. He wants to understand how brain dynamics support movement and cognition, with a focus on the cerebellum. His research uses Optically Pumped Magnetometer Magnetoencephalography (OPM-MEG) and transcranial ultrasound stimulation (TUS). Manu has a translational mindset and wants to improve the quality of life of people with neuropsychiatric impairments while unveiling fundamental brain computations. His long-term goal is to pursue a career as a physician–scientist and to lead his own research group.
