I am a neuroscientist studying how different areas of the human brain contribute to complex behaviours, with a focus on the cerebellum. I use neuroimaging, brain stimulation and computer models.
Let me tell you about my research in 120 seconds!
My current work uses personalized ultrasound stimulation to test the cerebellum’s causal role in cognition. Previously, I developed a cerebellar atlas that can be tailored to individuals, and during my PhD, I uncovered a link between cerebellar neurochemicals and movement.
I’m funded by a Wellcome Trust Early Career Fellowship and the Raynor Cerebellum Project, with past support from BrainsCAN and CIHR.
